    Online aspect allowed me to not have time off work but to complete the learning while I was working. The only thing would be the spelling and grammatical errors in the course content which I believe you are already aware of and are in the process of fixing. Server issues – ensuring this doesn't happen regularly – I had this happen three times while trying to submit an assignment. Apart from that, everything was well organised.

    I had studied with career Academy previously and got a 20% discount to take on a new course. I have never completed any Hr training previously, but was a Manger of 13 Staff for the past 5 years. This course gave me a great insight to a topic that at times can be very challenging for Managers and if I ever have staff again in the future I can use some of the new skills learnt.

    I had already undertaken the Payroll course which gave me the ability to study without having to go off-site. I was disappointed in the amount of reading material (3-5 pages per module in some instances. There was also a lot of typos/grammatical errors. One module I had 3 pages missing from the online reading material (but as I had the printed notes they were in here). I also found some of the questions were 2ly put together and didnt always make sense, which at times made it difficult to work out exactly what was wanted. feel the course is aimed at total beginners to this field, therefore I found the subject content not to the standard I was expecting and was disappointed in this, but also as mentioned above, the level of information provided (eg. one paragraph on a subject, or a few pages per module of reading material). This is not what I was expecting for the cost involved. I cannot comment on the tutors as I did not need to contact them throughout the course.
