    Mike

    Was a great course and I have gained a better understanding of people and how management views and deals with their workers.

    The only thing that I noticed was a few grammar issues, but overall an enjoyable experience for me.

    My HR department has congratulated me on completing this course.

    The ease and availability to study where ever and when ever I wanted to. There were a few grammar errors in the HR and personnel management course material. I think this needs to be corrected. An example of this is that below is a drop box with “What course did you complete?” The course I did isn’t even listed.

    Online aspect allowed me to not have time off work but to complete the learning while I was working. The only thing would be the spelling and grammatical errors in the course content which I believe you are already aware of and are in the process of fixing. Server issues – ensuring this doesn't happen regularly – I had this happen three times while trying to submit an assignment. Apart from that, everything was well organised.

This course gave me a great insight to a topic that at times can be very challenging for Managers and if I ever have staff again in the future I can use some of the new skills learnt.
