Jessica (Administration Tutor)
Jessica is an Administration, Management, Computing & Health tutor who works with The Career Academy to help students achieve their goals and career aspirations. Jessica has an Advanced Certificate in Business Administration, along with many years of working within the administration and management field. This qualification coupled with years of industry experience has allowed Jessica to provide the best education experience for her students.
With an unyielding passion and commitment for delivering exceptional education and support, her students are guaranteed to walk away from their qualifications feeling confident and prepared.
Melissa (Administration Tutor)
Melissa works as an Administration, Management, and Computing Tutor at The Career Academy. She comes to us with a great deal of experience in the Administration sector and has a wide range of knowledge and skills with Computing. Previously working as a Property Manager in Real Estate, Melissa is an excellent communicator and has great people skills. With this previous industry experience, students can rely on Melissa to provide them with ongoing support and encouragement. Her main priority is to ensure her students reach their goals and career aspirations providing them with as much help along the way as she can.
Becky (Administration Tutor)
Becky comes from a small town in Ireland and has been travelling the world for the past three years. Her passion for travel brought her to Australia, where she fell in love with the country.
Studying at Dublin Institute of Technology, Becky undertook a University Degree in Creative and Cultural Industries, which has given her the knowledge and ability to tutor many of the courses that The Career Academy provides. She is passionate about providing the best educational experience for each and every one of our students.
She has diverse background in Administration and Human Resource Management, with expertise ranging from the legal processes of contract preparation, to applicant screening and reference evaluation. She also has extensive Hospitality knowledge, with over 5 years’ experience working in this fast-paced industry. This experience has developed her customer service skills over time, which assists her with building a strong rapport with her students.
Becky finds tutoring for The Career Academy to be a fulfilling and rewarding experience. She loves being part of an organisation that opens doors for students and sets them on a career path that they never would have thought possible!
Louise (Administration Tutor)
Louise has an extensive background in the hospitality and tourism sector, studying with the Victorian Bar School and gaining experience in busy cafes and established restaurants around Melbourne. In addition, Louise is also a justice graduate, with an Advanced Diploma of Justice with the Royal Melbourne of Institute of Technology.
Louise utilised her comprehensive knowledge of key social and cultural issues, as well as her passion for education and hospitality, when working with The Salvation Army’s fair-trade community centre, Hamodava Cafe. Combined with a passion for travel and tourism, Louise recently worked alongside a women’s empowerment organisation in Chiang Rai, Thailand where she managed a social enterprise café, training baristas and teaching English as a second language to employees.
She has personally upskilled in Event Management, Wedding Planning and Business Administration with The Career Academy and is enthusiastic in growing her skills and knowledge to enhance students’ learning experience. Through tutoring at The Career Academy, Louise hopes to provide students with the opportunities and knowledge to confidently enter and upskill in an ever-growing industry.
