Explanations of terminologies and concepts could be improved. People with zero background in accounting some explanations could be vague.

The course was very well structured and easy to follow what was required – the only thing that confused me was I the second module and you are asked to watch a video, the series kept going and I was not sure if I was required to watch more so I watched about a dozen of them not realizing I only needed to watch one. Wasn’t an issue as later in the course they used those videos as well.
I enjoyed it and it cleared up a couple of things for me that were a little confusing not having done any accounting since High School 10 odd years ago. I enjoyed it, the tutors feedback was great. Thanks 🙂

I chose the career academy because it was online and from home, plus i was told over phone from a tutor before enrolling that i would get alot of support and my tutor would help me all the way through the course. didnt happen tho i had 2 pester all diferent sorts of tutors untill 1 would get back 2 me sometimes it took days just 2 wait 4 a reply. very difficult so yeah im quite upset about that as the last 2 assesments on this intro 2 accounting were difficult 4 me to understand i needed support but didnt recieve any.
so i just submitted my assesments and probably they are wrong i done this course so i could get more knowledge for the book keeping course im going to be doing with career academy. hoping to get more support in the next course i do.
