I found the course content quite challenging. I found tutor Tracey extremely helpful as I called and spoke to her several times and she provided excellent assistance. This was especially helpful as I was not able to receive sufficient assistance via the online question box. I spoke to tutor Matt when I was unable to prepare the IR348 needed for assignment 2, he was unable to assist me to find and print this as I may have made an error somewhere along the way. He advised me to submit my assignment anyway and then it would be likely I would need to re-submit with the IR348. I would have preferred to have had the IR348 sorted before my first submission as it felt like I was “wasting” a submission opportunity as only get 3 chances.

Based from my own evaluation while reading/watching feedback from previous students before I enrolled, its a great learning institution – teaching was brief, direct to the point and targeted topics aimed in securing a job. And I did not make a wrong choice. I found out myself the FACTS. TRULY your learning institution is GREAT. I was having problems because my computer (its a brand new Microsoft Surface 4) was hacked (hu!hu!hu!). I was encountering computer technical problems. That is why I could not get the exact figures/quantities required. The same I am encountering in excel because of my computer. I was supposed to finished this in just few weeks.

With regards to looking up and answering question regarding IRD and tax codes etc. I found it hard to find the answers in the IRD forms. Some of the content and questions ask were hard to understand. Please note it was only a couple of questions. I found it difficult to locate IRD numbers for the Payroll Scenarios. From the worksheet everyone has 0000000 listed as their IRD number. I found this part of the tasksheet difficult to follow. All in all the course was quick and easy to work through.
I found this course on the web and after reading and watching the youtube clip it was easy to apply and admin team were quick to reply and sort the course with my work. thank you to all the tutors.
