The Accounting Pathway Program comprises of three steps:
Complete our Certificate in Accounting, followed by the Diploma in Accounting. You’ll then meet with an assessor from The Career Academy and CAANZ to help you put together your Assessment of Competence Evidence Portfolio to help you gain your Accounting Technician designation.
1. Certificate in Accounting
Take the first step with our Certificate in Accounting which will give you a sound knowledge of the theory and practice of bookkeeping and business accounting. Gain employment and improve your career prospects by increasing your competence and skills in practical accounting areas.
2. Diploma in Accounting
3. Accounting Technician Assessment of Competence
After you have completed the Certificate in Accounting and the Diploma in Accounting, you’ll then meet with CAANZ and an assessor from The Career Academy to complete your Accounting Technician Assessment. help you put together your Assessment of Competence Evidence Portfolio. This is a summary of your skill set obtained through approved courses and work experience. Once your portfolio is signed off by The Career Academy, it can be submitted to CAANZ for approval. The AT designation is awarded by CAANZ once the required membership criteria has been met. Being a member of CAANZ opens a number of doors and is recognised internationally.

All are highly qualified accountants, involved in the industry for a number of years as CAANZ facilitators, writers and markers for professional accounting programmes.
